Meet

Alphascend Energy Fund LLC provides accredited investors with direct ownership in U.S. oil & gas development without the operational burden of running wells. The Fund acquires non‑operated working interests (WI) in new development wells on proven acreage with offset production history, beginning in the Eagle Ford Shale of South Texas alongside proven operators such as Tidal Petroleum.
Investors receive the economics and tax benefits of working interest ownership — including IDC deductions, depletion, and depreciation — while operators handle drilling, completions, production, and environmental responsibility.
All projects undergo rigorous in‑house underwriting led by a team with decades of upstream engineering, natural resources finance, and capital markets experience. The Fund is managed by Alphascend Capital Management Corp., headquartered in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Problem They’re Solving

Global upstream investment has fallen sharply since 2014, creating a structural supply deficit while oil demand continues to grow.

Existing wells decline 10–15% annually, requiring continuous drilling that many operators cannot fund.

Most investors only access the sector through public E&P stocks, which offer no direct ownership, no IDC tax benefits, and limited exposure to well‑level economics. Operating wells directly carries significant operational and environmental burdens.

Alphascend bridges this gap by giving accredited investors direct working interest ownership in proven acreage, while operators run the wells and Alphascend underwrites the economics — combining tax efficiency, operational simplicity, and disciplined capital deployment.

Where They Are Headed

Alphascend is building an institutional‑grade upstream investment platform focused on disciplined development in proven U.S. onshore basins.

Starting in the Eagle Ford, the Fund plans to diversify across multiple operators and expand into additional Tier I and II acreage with repeatable drilling results.

Over time, Alphascend intends to launch a series of energy funds that provide accredited investors repeatable access to direct energy ownership with institutional reporting, governance, and downside protection.
