The company is closely tied to international sports logistics, the U.S. Soccer ecosystem, and sports facility development. Its business model connects land, stadiums, facilities, professional teams, fans, and sponsors, creating a highly integrated system that drives revenue growth.

Problem They’re Solving

Northern Nevada and Reno, among the nation’s top 100 cities, has become strategic in the American economy.  Hosting the largest corporations (TSLA, APPL, GOOG, AMZN, WLMT, and others) the region has not yet developed an identity and lacks infrastructure amenities for the expanding population.  Previous professional iterations succeeded in capturing the audience but failed to construct infrastructure.

The State was spawned during the Civil War, Nevada is the BattleBorn State, and the company owns this trademark for sports, entertainment, and related services.
