Creactives Group S.p.A. provides the governed data foundation that large enterprises need to take AI into production across procurement and the supply chain.
Its Enterprise Supply Chain Data Space connects materials, services, assets, suppliers, spend and catalogs, so that people, applications and AI agents work from the same trusted information across ERP and procurement systems.
The platform is built on a proprietary industrial Knowledge Base developed since 2004 and proven in more than 250 implementations for multinational groups.
Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Verona, Italy, Creactives is listed on Euronext Growth Milan Pro under ticker CREG.
Large businesses often hold millions of material, service and supplier records across disconnected systems, plants and languages.
The same item can appear under different names, while missing specifications and inconsistent supplier data make spending and inventory difficult to understand. The result is duplicate purchases, excess inventory and off-contract spend, and increasingly a barrier to AI: Gartner expects organizations to abandon 60% of AI projects not supported by AI-ready data through 2026.
Two forces make the problem urgent. SAP ends mainstream maintenance of its previous-generation ERP system in December 2027, and around 35,000 companies must move clean data to the new version. At the same time, companies need reliable data before AI agents can be used in daily operations.
Creactives is expanding its established master data and spend analytics business into the Enterprise Supply Chain Data Space, a connected and continuously governed view of materials, services, assets, suppliers, spending and catalogs.
Announced in April 2026, this initiative is intended to let people and AI applications use consistent information across existing systems. The product roadmap targets an operational Data Space in the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first production AI agents in the first quarter of 2027, followed by additional agents and data domains through 2028.
The Data Space is designed to complement the ERP, procurement and data platforms customers already use rather than replace them, which lowers the barrier to adoption. All 44 subscription customers already run at least one of these domains on the platform, so the Data Space can grow first by extending existing relationships to further domains.
Creactives also plans to broaden international adoption through its consulting and technology partners.
