Management Team
Daniel M. Wallach, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wallach has been in the housing industry since 1985. He was the CFO of 84 Lumber Company, a multi-billion-dollar supplier of building materials to home builders and their lending business. He was responsible for the creation and implementation of many secured lending programs to builders. Through the years, he managed the development of systems for reducing and managing the risks and losses on defaulted loans.
Kenneth R. Summers, Manager
Mr. Summers is one of the independent Managers. He retired from United Bank, Inc. of Morgantown, West Virginia in Dec 2019. Prior to retirement, he had been an Executive Vice President for United Bank since 2001. He was responsible for the expansion and recognition of the bank’s franchise in north-central West Virginia. Mr. Summers has over 40 years of experience in banking.
William Myrick, Partner
Mr. Myrick is a Partner and oversees Sales. He has been involved in the lumber and building materials industry for over 35 years. During that time, he was CEO of American Builders Supply, various executive positions with ProBuild Holdings, including CEO and various positions including Chief Operating Officer with 84 Lumber.
Thomas P. Spatola, Executive Vice President
Mr. Spatola is our Executive Vice President of Lending Operations. He has been in various banking and banking related industries for over 40 years. His experience includes secondary mortgage marketing, mortgage banking, consumer, commercial and builder/consumer construction lending.
Barbara L. Harshman, Executive Vice President
Mrs. Harshman is our Executive Vice President of Operations and has been with the company since 2012. She has been in all phases of the construction lending industry for 20 years.
